So I fined tuned it to put Regulus as her rising star. Having the heart of Leo on the AC for Samantha just seemed so fitting. It moves Mars further away from the MC. But it’s still within a respectable orb.

Most people do seem to agree that they see Samantha as Leo the lioness. She is the Queen of PR after all. Her Mars is the apex of a t square to the maverick Uranus/Chiron opposition which is going to make her experimental. She won’t give a damn about her reputation either.
